Human Resource & Admin Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Based Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources (HR) department serves as a link between management and employees. Providing specialized services to staff members, the department's goal is to foster positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction, and to make sure all customer or client needs are met. Specific responsibilities include: administration, payroll, recruitment, company compensation and benefits, training and development, health and safety, and industrial relation.
Administration
* To ensure all office administration is in order.
Payroll
* To ensure all payment of salary is on time.
* To ensure all payroll documents is in accordance to the Employment act and Labour Law.
Recruitment
* To attract qualified employees and matching them to jobs within the organization.
* To develop applicant pools, screen, interview, and test applicants.
* To find promising new employees, recruiters network with community contacts and frequently travel to college campuses.
* Responsible for relocation coordination, exit interviews and out placement (career counseling and job placement) services for employees.
Company Compensation and Benefits
* To ensure that benefit programs satisfy the needs of employees and all applicable governmental regulations.
* To develop an effective Appraisal system.
* To assist HOD on monitoring their staff performance.
* To ensure policies and practices are in legal compliance and investigates and settles alleged grievances.
Training and Development
* To give employee orientation on their first day at work.
* To conduct or propose ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members and management. E.g., on-the-job training, coaching, and etc.
* To produce training need analysis.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* 1 to 2 years working experience in handling payroll
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Computer literate and preferably female only.
* Knowledge in UBS payroll system will be advantageous.
